As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.
Proverbs 27:17

There are a number of small groups at Maxwell Street that offer a variety of ways to be involved in our church community outside of attending worship! For more information on any of these groups, please contact the Church Office.
Stitchmates
Stitchmates meets every 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month at 12 noon in the Church Library. We meet for fellowship and to work on our current fiber art projects including knitting, crochet, embroidery, needlework, quilting, and hand sewing. Stitchmates regularly creates scarves for our neighbors at the MSPC Clothing Bank and hats for babies in local hospitals.

MSPC Young Adults
This a non-traditional Sunday school class that meets for light discussion once a month for fellowship and discussion! We believe that God can be found everywhere and that sometimes the best discussions and debates happen in the places where you feel most comfortable.

N.A.D.Y.A. Book Club
At the N.A.D.Y.A. (Notoriously Ambiguous Definition of Young Adult) book club, young (and young-at-mind-or-heart) adults enjoy some food, drink, and fellowship, and then discuss (sometimes controversial) books and how their stories or messages relate to contemporary faith, life, and culture.
Contact Jason Williams (jasonmckinleywilliams@gmail.com) if you have questions.

Words & Wine Book Group
Words & Wine is a small group that meets on the first Friday of the month at 6:30pm to discuss the latest great read.
